We hate leaving our downtown dallas apartment.

We have lived in our downtown dallas apartment for 5 years and the owner is selling the building. The new owner of our dallas downtown apartment has requested that we all move out as they want to do many improvements. The new owners have stated that when the updates are complete if we would like to rent the downtown dallas apartment we will have the option first. I hate the thought of moving twice but we have been so happy in the downtown apartment in dallas. So we will wait and see how much the rent will be once the updates are complete on the downtown dallas apartment.
